Our team will work with you in the weeks leading up to your big day to ensure that every detail is taken care of, and then be on-site on the wedding day to oversee all aspects of your celebration.

Pre-Wedding Consultation and Communication: You’ll have unlimited correspondence via email to review your wedding plans and any questions. Then we will have one final meeting at either the venue walkthrough or virtually to discuss all the final details of your special day.

Timeline Creation: We'll create a detailed timeline of your wedding day, including all vendor arrival and set-up times, ceremony start time, and reception timeline.

Vendor Coordination: We'll coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure that they arrive on time, are set up properly, and are following the timeline.

Ceremony Management: We'll ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and on time, from the processional to the recessional.​

Reception Management: We'll oversee the flow of your reception, including the logistics or a room flip, timing of getting guests seated, first dance, cake cutting, and other special moments.

Assistance with Set-Up and Tear-Down: We'll help with the set-up of your ceremony and reception spaces and your décor and ensure that everything is packed up at the end of the night.

On-Site Management: We'll be on-site on the entire day of your wedding to oversee all aspects of the celebration, so that you can relax and enjoy your special day.
