Event Set Up
Event set-up services are designed to help bring your décor plan together while you focus on enjoying the morning of your wedding. We’ll handle the physical setup of your personal décor so everything is placed intentionally and ready before guests arrive.

Leading up to the event, we’ll review your setup plans and logistics during a planning call to ensure we understand your vision and venue requirements. On the day of the event, we’ll arrive with enough time to carefully place décor according to your plan and coordinate with venue staff as needed.

Set-up assistance may include placement of personal décor items such as centerpieces, seating displays, signage, guest book tables, dessert or gift tables, and similar elements outlined in your plan.
Event Take Down
Event take-down services are designed to provide smooth, organized support at the end of your celebration. We’ll handle the breakdown and packing of your personal décor so you and your loved ones can enjoy the final moments of the event without worrying about logistics.

Prior to the event, we’ll review your take-down needs and venue requirements so everything is clear ahead of time. At the conclusion of the celebration, we’ll carefully pack décor items and organize them for pickup or transport, working within the venue’s exit timeline.

Take-down assistance may include packing and organizing personal décor items such as centerpieces, signage, guest book displays, dessert or gift tables, and other agreed-upon décor elements.
