Set Up + Take Down 

Sometimes all you need is a little extra help with setting up decor and/or packing it up at the end of the night. No one wants their friends and families to have to work on their wedding day and you should be in bride-mode and not worrying about these details you've spent months planning either. Book one or both! Packages starting at $200 each. 
Event Set Up
While you are enjoying mimsoas and making memories with your loved ones, let us handle the important details to make your vision come together!
- unlimited correspondence via email
- a meeting or phone call to go over details before the big day
- coordinators arrive as soon as venue is open to start set up
- set up of all of your personal decor (place cards, centerpieces, signs, guest book, dessert table items, table linens, gift/card table, memory table, etc)
Event Take Down
Don't leave the dance floor yet! Let us come in and pack up your items so they are ready to go when you are ready to go!

- a meeting of phone call to go over details before the big day
- coordinators arrive a minimum of an hour before venue closes
- collect and pack up all person decor (centerpieces, signs, gifts/cards, ceremony decor, table linens, leftover desserts, flowers, etc.)
Note: These packages do not include large scale arches, backdrops, items hanging from ceiling or wall, etc. Please contact us to see if your larger items would be included or an add on.
