Intimate Uptown Wedding

All Photos by Studio twelve:52

October 5th, 2018 Landon and Anne tied the knot with a beautiful and intimate wedding at the Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis.

Anne had reached out looking for a coordinator with her biggest concern being the ceremony and getting that executed properly. We met for coffee a few weeks before their big day for her consultation - and before we knew it, it was time for the rehearsal!

The Calhoun Beach Club had just updated their bridal suite and it is beautiful! Possibly my favorite bridal suite of all time. It is a very large space, has private access to the restrooms, and has its own private terrace as well. The bride and her bridesmaids were so happy to have that to get ready in. D'AMICO provided amazing lunch and snack trays in both the bride and groom's room. This space was so nice for not only getting ready photos but not having everyone feeling tightly squeezed into one room.

Landon and Anne did a first look in the beautiful Boulevard Room. This first look was one that will five you all of the feels!

How sweet are they?!

The ceremony was in their Boulevard Room as well. The room was filled with beautiful white chairs and just the right amount of ivory rose petals adorning the aisle. The wedding party entered to the song 'Marry Me' sung by a close friend and accompanied by a pianist. Anne and her dad entered through a huge and beautiful staircase with her mom waiting at the bottom. They all walked down the aisle together and the ceremony began in front of a full wall of mirrors. The ceremony was so warm and intimate with a lovely exchange of vows between the couple and 'God Bless the Broken Road' sung by a bridesmaid.

We moved into the Solarium Room for social hour and dinner. The space was perfectly decorated by KMB Floral. Candles and neutral colored flowers made this space feel so luxurious and cozy on a cool fall day. They really made this very large space feel intimate for 125 people. Dinner was served by D'AMICO which was of course was fabulous. The night ended with guests and our happy couple dancing into the night!
